- Testing and troubleshooting of roaming services for new partners;
- Updating and validating roaming charges for all existing partners;
- Resolving roaming service complaints and providing support to Billing, Revenue Assurance, and Fraud departments;
- Managing, monitoring, and analyzing the roaming Data Clearing process;
- Streamlining and initiating process optimization and automation of daily tasks.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Economics;
- Awareness of Telecom billing systems knowledge is a plus;
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy;
- Can-do mindset and ability to quickly identify and fix issues;
- Great communication and negotiation skills;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel);
- Fluency in English.
