Operations Support Engineer

Your daily routine would include:

• Supporting and maintaining applications and services.
• Monitoring system performance and performing regular maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Collaborating with the k5t development teams to ensure the smooth operation of automation solutions.
• Managing and updating infrastructure components in cloud and on-premise (Java) environments.
• Creating and maintaining operational documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Planning and executing system upgrades and deployments.
• Implementing and managing monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system stability.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in an operational IT environment;
• Completed degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification;
• Familiarity with Linux server environments;
• Experience with cloud technologies;
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset;
• Willingness to perform maintenance tasks outside of regular working hours (occasionally);
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
• Highly motivated and results-oriented;

Nice to have:

• Experience with shell scripting and other scripting languages;
• Knowledge of SQL databases, particularly Oracle;
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, and ArgoCD;
• Understanding of networking concepts, including firewalls and proxies;
