Your Role

As Executive Business Partner, you’ll be at the center of our most important initiatives. You’ll manage priorities, facilitate decision-making, and coordinate critical projects. With sharp analytical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and exceptional organizational ability, you’ll anticipate challenges, create structure, and keep everything moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary support and trusted partner to the owner
• Manage and optimize schedules, priorities, and workflows to maximize impact
• Anticipate issues, identify solutions, and handle matters proactively
• Prepare, coordinate, and follow through on meetings, projects, and key decisions
• Ensure smooth communication and alignment across teams and stakeholders
• Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with absolute discretion
• Coordinate travel, events, and strategic logistics when required
• Contribute to the execution of high-level initiatives that drive company success

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum B2 level English, written and spoken
• Excellent communication skills and professional presence
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment and discretion
