About the role: We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the performance of our field professionals operating across London. Based at our Varna office, this role ensures seamless service delivery, efficient scheduling, and strong communication flow between the London teams and the Franchise Directors.

The ideal candidate combines excellent management skills with strong organizational and communication skills. You will act as a key operational link - transforming data, feedback, and insights into improved productivity, service quality, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

Operational management:

  • Oversee daily operations of London-based field professionals across all service lines;
  • Monitor schedules, job allocation, and service delivery to ensure optimal workforce utilization;
  • Identify workload imbalances, inefficiencies, and recurring challenges; propose and implement corrective actions;
  • Track and manage KPIs including job completion rate, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.


Performance optimization:

  • Collect and analyze feedback from professionals and clients to identify areas for improvement;
  • Support implementation of performance improvement plans;
  • Review and optimize daily and weekly scheduling to maximize productivity and minimize downtime;
  • Gather ongoing feedback from clients, Quality Control, and field professionals;
  • Monitor recurring operational issues and lead resolution efforts with relevant departments;
  • Liaise daily with Franchise Directors, Service Excellence, Quality Control, and Customer Service teams;
  • Contribute to business reviews by providing performance summaries and recommendations.


Qualifications & skills required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience);
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in operations, logistics, or workforce management (service or franchise industry preferred);
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident working across teams and time zones;
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities;
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and operational dashboards (Power BI, internal systems, etc.);
  • Excellent English skills (spoken and written).
