Key Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and effective plant operations;
• Meet production targets for schedule, cost, and quality;
• Identify and implement process improvements;
• Manage warehouse operations, stock levels, and material flow;
• Coordinate maintenance activities to reduce downtime;
• Foster collaboration across departments and supply chain partners;
• Respond promptly and decisively to critical situations.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in a production environment (preferably automotive, home appliances, or ventilation);
• Engineering degree preferred;
• Strong command of English;
• Proven leadership and production planning experience.
