Operations Accountant with English

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare, post, and review General Ledger entries, including provisions, accruals, and deferred expenses
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Perform Balance Sheet and P&L reconciliations and investigate variances
• Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Previous experience with AP/AR processes is required
• Knowledge of Bulgarian tax legislation (VAT, CIT) will be considered an advantage
• Understanding of Local GAAP and IFRS
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Navision, or MS Dynamics is considered an advantage
• Very good Excel skills
• Good command of English and Bulgarian
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and team-oriented approach
