In connection with its continuous and dynamic development and the expansion of its activities, the company is looking for a responsible person for the position of Operational Support Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Provide information related to the positioning of the company's products on the markets;
- Process and analyze various kinds of data and prepare reports;
- Communicate and coordinate with various divisions in the company;
- Assist in resolving problem situations in the daily work process;
- Participation in the process of implementing, testing software and applications, as well as improvements of existing applications;
- Prepare test scenarios and test cases;
- Performing tests (manual), identifying and documenting any non-conformity during the testing process;
- Defect reporting and tracking;
- Create and regularly update the related documentation;
- Assist in the preparation of procedures and rules related to the activities of the department;
- Gain wide knowledge about the products and services of the company;
- Very good command of English (minimum B2) - spoken and written;
- Very good knowledge of using MS Office (Excel functions especially);
- Logical thinking with analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Completed secondary education;
- Higher education in the field of: Mathematics, Information Technology, Technical/Engineering Sciences, or other related to the nature of work;
- Experience with Jira and Confluence or similar products;
- Knowledge and/or experience in the casino industry;
- Experience in testing: test preparation, test execution, test reporting;
