For one of our clients, an Education and Personal Development Organization, we are looking for an experience Operational Director / Chief Operating Officer (COO) to take full ownership of the day-to-day operations of our clients`s academy and business mentorship programs and act as a Strategic Partner to the Founder.

What the role involves:

• Managing all operational processes, all coordination regarding trainings, projects, and team
• Translating the Founder’s vision and ideas into clear execution plans
• Overseeing timelines, delivery, and quality across all initiatives
• Structuring and digitizing operations (Notion / Trello / CRM)
• Coordinating educational programs, online courses, mentoring programs, and live events
• Managing launches, schedules, and cross-functional collaboration
• Solving 80% of operational issues independently and escalating only key decisions
• Bringing structure, clarity, and execution discipline to the business

Who we are looking for:

• Experience with educational programs, online learning, or training businesses
• Proven experience in operations and project management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Highly structured, systems-oriented, and reliable
• Able to operate in a fast-paced, creative environment without chaos
• Proactive, strategic, and execution-focused
• Positive and can-do attitude
• Fluent in English will be plus
