Bulgarian Online Research is expanding and we are looking for a motivated professional to join our team as an Online Survey Programmer.

Job Summary:

The main task of the Online Survey Programmer is to interact with the client in order to understand the requirements and based on the documentation to program an online survey or to do other support tasks, such as preparing a sample, formatting data and emailing campaigns. The position requires ability to cover night shifts.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS;
• Experience with ConfirmIt and/or Decipher will be an advantage;
• Experience with Python / Unix shell will be considered an asset;
• Excellent written and verbal English skills;
• Well-organized and detail oriented;
• Strong logic skills.

Responsibilities:

• Programming and testing surveys with specialized software – Decipher;
• Liaising with the clients over the emails or phone in order to clear the requirements and customers’ needs;
• Launching emailing campaigns with Decipher;
• Working closely with the QA, DP and Fieldwork management teams in order to guarantee the overall quality of the service provided.
