Responsibilities:
- Design new standards to optimize and improve customer satisfaction levels;
- Мonitor and develop the work performance of all team members;
- Responsible for the overall customer support process;
- Participates in the recruitment process and all ongoing development programs for his team;
- Manage staff planning and workforce management;
- Initiates team meetings, discussions, and other activities as required to improve the quality of the operation;
- Undertakes performance reviews and monthly meetings;
- Supports the management team in identifying areas of improvement to reduce cost, increase quality, and/or reduce risk;
- Allocates the correct amount of employees and skills according to trend and volume analysis;
- Monitor calls, ensuring performance metrics are consistently achieved;
- Builds an environment that supports the spirit of teamwork, where associates are committed and loyal;
- Provides clear direction and guidance to ensure the achievement of key performance metrics;
- 2+ years experience in a customer service or call center environment;
- Experience in team management and client management in a customer service environment;
- Basic understanding of financial reports and forecasting;
- Ability to analyze processes and develop solutions to resolve issues at hand;
- Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multitasked environment;
- Proficiency in English;
- Proficient computer skills;
- Strong analytical and reporting skills;
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills;
- Excellent presentation skills;
