For one of our clients – a leading company in digital solutions and AI automation, supporting global brands in improving experiences across fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for – Online Security and Trust Team Leader with French or Serbian or Czech and English (day/night shifts).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consistent mentorship and support to team members, helping them enhance their

skills and grow within the organization;

• Lead the team through ongoing changes, with a strong focus on developing their analytical

thinking, technical abilities, and adaptability;

• Define clear performance goals and collaborate with the team to create actionable plans that

ensure targets are successfully met;

• Manage and coordinate projects that involve detailed data analysis, industry research, and

strategy planning;

• Interpret complex data and trends to deliver meaningful insights that contribute to team

direction and business decisions;

• Foster open and effective communication within the team to influence outcomes and support

a productive work environment;

• Take ownership of overall team performance, consistently motivating members to achieve

excellence and deliver results.

Requirements:

• A minimum of one year of proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role,

ideally within a fast-paced operational setting;

• Full professional proficiency in both spoken and written French or Serbian or Czech, as well

as English, is essential for communication across teams;

• Ability to manage high-pressure situations and oversee multiple projects simultaneously

while maintaining strong attention to detail;

• Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking, strategic planning, and effective task prioritization;
• Solid computer skills, with confident use of Microsoft Office applications or Google

Workspace tools for reporting and collaboration;

• A calm, positive, and inspiring leadership style, with the patience and empathy needed to

support a diverse team;

• Flexibility to work scheduled day and night shifts as required by the business.
