About Us: iShop Ltd. is a specialized importer and distributor of hobby products. We have been successfully operating in the market for over 16 years. In addition to physical stores, our company also conducts business through online stores in Bulgaria and Serbia.

To expand our online sales and increase our brand awareness, we are looking to hire an Online Sales Specialist to join our team and manage our e-commerce store for the Serbian market.

Work Location: Sofia, Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd. 90 (directly opposite Druzhba Metro Station).

Requirements for the Candidate:

• Excellent proficiency in Serbian (spoken and written)
• Strong sales skills
• Good command of English and/or Bulgarian
• Ability to work in a team
• Content writing skills for articles and reviews
• Experience working with online stores is an advantage but not mandatory – we offer full training

Responsibilities:

• Processing online orders
• Handling customer calls and inquiries
• Editing and adding new products to the online platform
• Writing thematic marketing articles for products
• Managing the company’s Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok accounts
