We are looking for a detail-oriented and culturally aware Content Moderator with German and English skills. In this role, you will review, analyze, and moderate online content to ensure it complies with community guidelines and company policies.

This is a non-voice position, suitable for candidates who are attentive to detail, critical thinkers, and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced digital environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and moderate online content (text, images, and videos) according to internal guidelines
• Identify and escalate sensitive or inappropriate material
• Maintain accuracy and consistency in decision-making
• Stay up to date with cultural, political, and social developments in German-speaking regions
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share feedback

Requirements

• Proficiency in German at C1+
• Good command of English (B2 level or higher)
• Strong awareness of current cultural and political trends
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
