What You'll Do
Support day-to-day office operations Welcome visitors and ensure a professional and friendly first impression Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules Monitor and manage office inventory and consumables, ensuring availability at all times Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding office supplies, services, and availability Address employees query regarding office management issues Coordinate with vendors
Who You Are
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Very good command of English (spoken and written) Hands on experience with MS Office Working knowledge of office equipment
