Office Manager

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage front office activities: greeting guests, making appointments, developing schedules, answering to inquiries, handling correspondence and maintaining a professional image of the office
  • Manage office equipment and vendor relations, arranging repair and servicing when necessary
  • Communicate with couriers, order and distribute stationery & office supplies
  • Proactively provide support and assistance to the colleagues at the office
  • Maintain all meeting room equipment, regularly testing and checking for issues
  • Responsible for answering external and internal calls and giving relevant information
  • Prepare reports, presentation materials and other various business documents
Requirements:
  • University degree – preferably in the field of communication or business administration
  • Experience in a customer facing role is a plus
  • Detail-oriented and with strong communication skills
  • Professional, friendly, and positive mindset
  • Ensure the reception area is presentable
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of general principles of office management
  • Good command of English
