We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office & Car fleet Assistant to join our dynamic team in Otopeni, Romania. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to kickstart their career in the fast-paced and customer-focused car rental industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports the vehicle registration/ deregistration process in all government institution;
  • Compilation, administration, and submission of documents to insurance companies;
  • Carrying out activities related to the settlement of claims under insurance contracts;
  • Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and concerns in a professional and friendly manner;
  • Manage rental agreements, including processing paperwork and payments accurately;
  • Coordinate vehicle pick-up and drop-off schedules efficiently;
  • Collaborate with the rental team to provide exceptional service and resolve any issues promptly;
  • Maintaining up-to-date information and database in specialized software.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Required experience in vehicle registration;
  • Experience in the field of insurance or document administration;
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively;
  • Proficient in basic computer applications such as MS Office;
  • Category B driving license.
