Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company operating in over 40 countries across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Office Assistant to join their team in Sofia. This is a part-time office based position, ideal for students eager to develop their professional skills in a real business environment or equally suitable for individuals seeking a flexible, part-time opportunity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcomes company guests and vendors in a professional manner
  • Manages all incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
  • Coordinates deliveries of office supplies and cafeteria items
  • Maintains a pleasant and organized office environment
  • Assists in planning and supporting team social events
  • Supports the document signature and approval process.
  • Prepares Business Trip Orders for the team and maintains the related register.
  • Provides assistance to Leadership Team members, if needed.
  • Supports the team with basic administrative tasks and use of company platforms.
  • Performs other administrative or support duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in both Bulgarian and English (spoken and written)
  • Student or holder of a higher education degree, ideally in an administrative or related field.
  • With strong organizational skills with attention to detail; able to multitask effectively
  • Proficient in MS Office and generally IT competent
  • Knowledge of accurate administrative and documentational processes is a bonus
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and tools
  • Polite, professional, and courteous in communication and behavior
  • Dedicated, reliable and hardworking
