Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is spread over 40 countries throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa. For their team in Sofia, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person for the position of a Office Assistant.
Main Responsibilities:
- Organizing and managing all office related queries, actions (ordering office supply, key contact in communication with office building, coordinates the communication with cleaning company etc)
- Ensuring the appropriate documentation of the activities
- Supporting functional leaders and management team with assistance if required
- Coordinating and supporting the contract signature process
- Supporting the onboarding of new colleagues
- Taking incoming calls, welcoming guest
- Managing the post and curriers
- Administrative tasks related to the team, events, projects she/he coordinate, following up budget and invoicing
- Other support as and when required.
- Higher Education (Preferably Bachelor degree) with administrative oriented subjects is preferred
- Minimum 2 years professional experience, preferably in an international company
- Dedication, multi-tasking, hard worker, accuracy, well organized
- Proficient knowledge of Bulgarian and English
- Knowledge of accurate administrational and documentational procedures
- IT competent to learn and use different systems
