Proxiad SEE is an IT Consulting and Software Development company, part of Proxiad Group France, with headquarters in Paris, over 25 years of industry experience, and 1300 + specialists. The Southeast Europe (SEE) branch employs 250+ professionals, operates in Bulgaria and North Macedonia, and has provided services in various sectors (Healthcare, Fintech, Banking, Insurance, E-commerce and Retail, Procurement, etc.) for over 18 years.
In 2022 we stepped above and introduced two innovative software products: Desk Buddy and GROW.

We are looking for a bright individual to join our team as an Office assistant who will help us with their organizational and interpersonal skills. If you are detail-oriented, people-focused and someone eager to lead and organize processes, you will be a great addition to our team.

Main job responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate the daily activities and flawless organization in the office
- Organize and coordinate meetings, agendas, business trips and company events
- Meet and direct visitors according to Proxiad policy
- Send and Receive shipments and correspondence
- Assist and support internal teams and external partners
- Keep kitchen, coffee corners and recreation areas clean and properly staffed
- Communication with vendors and purchase of office supplies
- Draft and moderate administrative communication and documents
- Review monthly reports status
- Ad-hoc tasks and assignments requested by the management team
Job requirements:
- Fluency in verbal and written Bulgarian and English
- Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Bachelor's degree
- Attention to detail, process adherence and exemplary time management skills
- Organized, pragmatic and proactive approach
- Structured and ordered
- Responsible
- A good team player
