The company provides services in multiple domains, including Anti-Money Laundering, Accounts controlling, Business Solutions Competence, Credits, Financing, and other business domains. Since 2021 the group has been going through enhanced digital transformation, demanding software development, QA, AI, Cyber Security and other IT solutions.
Job Description:
As our O365 Functional Designer, you would have the following responsibilities: Conducting functional analysis of information systems, so that they meet the business needs within the framework of architecture and standards Conducting the transfer of the functional to the technical design of the software Identifying the gaps to go from the as-is to the to-be Drawing up a functional design of the software based on the results of the preliminary study and the requirements of the users Supporting changes and enhancements from development through production; recommending and implementing system enhancements (e.g., system performance, screen appearance, report distribution and setup testing) Analyzing service requests and end user needs to determine feasibility, technological changes, resource requirements and project time estimates Serving as a liaison between internal clients and IT team-members Identifying and analyses detected functional bugs and incident in test/ UAT and production environments Completing special projects, systems testing and other assigned duties Participating in the whole software delivery lifecycle, from the release process to the production phase and eventually the aftercare during the warranty period
Key competences that will help you succeed: Profound experience in analyzing complex Business processes on enterprise level Discover/Translate business requirements to technical requirements Able to communicate with business stakeholders and developers professionally Project management Guard the scope of the project Intermediary between business and developers Organizational skills / time management Able to work both independently as well as in a team with different roles / personalities Able to give workshops / trainings Networking skills M365 knowledge on an expert level: Expert knowledge of SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage Expert knowledge of Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI Expert knowledge of Power Platform (Dataverse environment setup,…) Expert knowledge of Azure Knowledge of security risks and secure guidelines, so the solutions you provide can run in a secure cloud environment
