For one of our clients – a world-wide company, offering its products and services in a variety of fields. We are looking for organized, motivated and capable individuals for the role of Non- Voice Safety and Compliance Coordinator with Turkish, Arabic, German or French and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Teaming-up with superiors to ensure a high-quality service is provided;
• Responding to customers and dealing with safety related support tickets;
• Upkeeping knowledge of safety and compliance guidelines;
• Handling tasks related to safety and enforcing compliancy with company’s policies;
• Working with safety supervisors on escalations and handling security incidents;
• Reporting issues and observed market patterns and keeping the information loop closed.

Requirements:

• Strong command of Turkish, Arabic, German or French and English language;
• Ready to work as a part of a collective and contribute to team effort;
• Motivated and eager to provide excellent support and meet company standards;
• Capable and reliable, organized and able to meet deadlines;
• Ready to develop, learn and show results.
