Responsibilities:
- Managing the incoming queue of orders from the business country
- Performing written communication with corporate customers and business partners
- Working in an international and dynamic environment
- Very good German (B2) and English (B1-B2)
- Working with data is considered an advantage (but not mandatory)
- Work experience in the field of customer support or data entry is an advantage (but not mandatory)
