BADINKA is a wicked fashion brand for alt gals turned on by festival, rave, kawaii & gothic fashion. Launched in 2014, currently we have a team of 20+ and more than 200,000 fans across US and Europe have shown their love for the brand. Due to the growth of our brand, we’re looking for a full time Non-Voice Customer Care Specialist with English to join our team.

Your typical day will include:

• Communicating with fans & buyers via e-mail, Etsy convos & social media (no phone calls and chats!)
• Communicating with influencers
• Implementing company policies during all client interaction
• Ensuring compliance with the established procedures and suggest improvements
• Ensuring efficient communication with Marketing and Sales team when needed
• Supporting Marketing team with different tasks
• Reporting to Team Lead

Your skills:

• Proficiency in written English
• Computer literacy is an absolute must
• Understanding and anticipating customer needs
• Ability to come to independent decisions considering compliance with the established processes and policies
• Communicate effectively and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Open to multitask and adapt to organisational changes
• Flexibility - to adapt to situations with fast pace and multitask in a fast paced environment
• You can follow instructions and work with performance targets
