Consolidated revenues of US $14.5B for 12 months ending December 2025. About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven L3 Network Engineer to join our Operational Support team. In this role, you will serve as the final technical escalation point for complex network issues, owning resolution across the full OSI stack. You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of enterprise-scale network environments while actively contributing to automation, process improvement, and knowledge sharing across the team.

Experience Requirements

• 4-7+ years of hands-on Network Engineering experience in enterprise-scale environments
• Proven deep expertise across LAN, WAN, and Wireless technologies at scale
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex, multi-layered network issues under pressure
• Experience with network monitoring platforms (e.g., SolarWinds, CheckMK, or similar) with a good background in IPAM, including DHCP and DNS administration and troubleshooting

Core Responsibilities Incident Management & Troubleshooting

• Own and drive resolution of complex network incidents across all OSI layers, from physical connectivity to application-layer issues
• Lead Major Incident (P1/P2) response, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing communications, and ensuring timely resolution and thorough post-incident reviews
• Apply advanced diagnostic techniques across routing, switching, wireless, authentication, and security domains
• Routing, Switching & Data Center
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Cisco Catalyst 9300, 9500, and Nexus series switches, with strong expertise in VSS, StackWise, STP/RSTP, VLANs, OSPF, BGP
• Manage and support F5 BIG-IP load balancer environments, including virtual servers, pools, health monitors, and traffic policies

Wireless & Security

• Design, implement, and support enterprise wireless infrastructure using Cisco WLC platforms (hardware and virtual deployments including vWLC/C9800-CL)
• Configure and maintain Cisco ISE for 802.1X authentication (EAP-TLS, EAP-PEAP, EAP-Chaining) across wired and wireless environments
• Apply network security best practices including segmentation, firewall rule management, and NAC policy enforcement

Network Automation & Monitoring

• Leverage Cisco DNA Center for network automation, monitoring, policy enforcement, and lifecycle management
• Utilize monitoring tools (e.g. SolarWinds) to maintain visibility across the environment and respond proactively to alerts
• Manage DNS, DHCP, HTTP/S, SSH, SMTP, and SNMP services, ensuring reliability and proper monitoring coverage
• Understanding of network automation tools (Python, Ansible)

Documentation & Collaboration

• Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation including network diagrams, runbooks, and standard operating procedures
• Communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders
• Mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to uplift team capability
• Work independently, taking full ownership of assigned tasks and projects with minimal supervision

What We’re Looking For Must-have experience:

• Experience in hands-on network engineering within enterprise-scale environments, including ownership and resolution of P1 incidents and delivery of complex multi-site deployments
• Deep expertise across LAN, WAN, and enterprise wireless technologies
• Proven experience with Cisco wireless platforms, Cisco switching (Catalyst and/or Nexus), аnd exposure to Cisco ISE
• Solid background in IPAM, DHCP, and DNS administration and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with at least one monitoring platform (SolarWinds, CheckMK, or equivalent)

Nice to have:

• Experience with F5 BIG-IP load balancing
• Familiarity with Cisco DNA Center
• Experience in multi-vendor environments

Certifications (Preferred)

• Cisco CCNP Enterprise (or equivalent experience)
• Additional certifications in Wireless, Security, or Load Balancing (any vendor) are considered a plus.
