The specific position we are looking for is: Mid./ Sr. Manual QA Expert

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of business requirements for IT developments regarding clarity, testability, fullness and sufficiency;
• Determining testing data selection criteria for specific projects and tasks;
• Test design and creating test plans;
• Execution and analysis of test results, documentation of results;
• Registration and classification of detected bugs based on their impact on the system, prioritization and verification after bugfix;
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Information Technologies or other relevant;
• 3+ years of experience in Manual Testing;
• Good command of English;
• Experience in banking or finance sector
• Experience with testing mobile apps or web applications;
• Experience using different test strategies to create test plans that cover positive, negative, and edge-case testing;
• Experience specifying, establishing, and managing test environments and test data for functional testing projects; azure
• Experience working with project management systems such as Azure, Jira, Confluence;
• Experience in AGILE will be considered as an advantage;
• Knowledge of database management tools, meaningful experience with SQL will be considered as an advantage.
