Mid-Level QA Tester

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with developers to create and execute test plans for new features and projects.
  • Perform various types of testing: regression, exploratory, usability, and risk based.
  • Investigate and analyse issues, sometimes supporting our Customer Success team with Root Cause Analysis and customer-facing responses.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 3+ years of hands-on QA/testing experience with strong attention to detail.
  • Skilled in API testing (Postman) and test management tools (TestRail).
  • Proficient with issue tracking systems (Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk).
  • Familiar with Agile (Scrum, XP); ISTQB certification is a plus.
  • Exposure to test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, JMeter, Gatling).
  • Experience with analytics (Mixpanel) and monitoring tools (e.g., Rapid7).
  • Background in financial services, iGaming, startups, or real-time systems is a bonus.
