For one of our clients – a technology-driven company developing Business Intelligence and Marketing products in the iGaming industry, operating in a regulated market and focused on delivering innovative data-driven solutions – we are looking for a Mid-Level Data Analyst (Hybrid) to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and support Business Intelligence initiatives across the organization;
• Collaborate with department heads to provide analytical insights for Customer Service, Responsible Gambling, Risk Management, Player Engagement, and Product teams;
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support monitoring and decision-making;
• Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to support strategic and operational decisions;
• Participate in data pipeline and ETL processes, working with tools such as Airflow or similar technologies;
• Conduct data quality checks and implement validation processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity;
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics;
• Ensure that data analysis aligns with regulatory requirements and responsible gambling principles;
• Collaborate with technical teams to improve data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes;
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar analytical role;
• Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in data extraction, transformation, and analysis;
• Experience building interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, including data modeling and visualization best practices;
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data pipeline tools (Airflow experience is considered a strong advantage);
• Experience working with large and complex datasets in both real-time and batch-processing environments;
• Understanding of data quality, validation, and data integrity processes;
• Strong command of English (written and spoken);
• Experience with Python for data analysis would be considered an advantage;
• Previous experience in the iGaming/gambling industry would be considered an advantage.
