Mid Full‑Stack Engineer (React Native & Node.js)

We’re looking for a Mid Level Software Engineer who thrives in an agile environment and enjoys hands on coding while contributing to well scoped technical decisions. You’ll work on important parts of the system, collaborate closely with other engineers, and participate in cross functional initiatives to help deliver high quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and improve features for the iOS and Android mobile app using React Native.
• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across both backend and mobile application components.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well tested code following industry best practices.
• Contribute to performance, reliability, and security improvements across the stack.
• Work closely with cross functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate actively in code reviews, team discussions, and suggest improvements to processes and code quality.

Must have Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a full stack software engineer.
• Extensive hands-on experience with React Native, particularly in leading mobile app development across iOS and Android platforms.
• Strong experience with Node.js backend development (JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Strong debugging skills and a track record of resolving complex technical issues.
• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD practices, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AWS or similar cloud infrastructure.
• Background in fintech, payments, or customer-facing technology.
• Prior experience in a startup or fast paced environment
