Tradu is a new multi-asset global trading platform and is part of the Stratos group of companies. Tradu, built by traders for traders, provides the most sophisticated traders with a serious platform that allows them to move easily between asset classes such as stocks, CFDs and crypto, depending on the regulations that govern the trader’s market.

The Microsoft 365 Developer will design, develop, implement and maintain scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI, focusing on creating custom business applications, automating workflows and analysing data. The Microsoft 365 Developer will also be responsible for transitioning solutions to the cloud. This includes developing and migrating SharePoint 2016 on-premises applications and sites.
Working Hours: 40/week, Monday–Friday. Hybrid: 3 days in-office.

The Microsoft 365 Developer will also be responsible for transitioning solutions to the cloud. This includes developing and migrating SharePoint 2016 on-premises applications and sites.
Primary responsibilities (not limited to)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and other team members to gather requirements, understand their challenges, provide technical insights, and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring robust and scalable implementations.
- Build custom solutions including customizations, web parts, Apps and Flows using SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform tools, and related technologies.
- Create automated workflows to improve efficiency and streamline business processes.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of developed solutions to ensure quality and reliability.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions, including troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and support organizational continuity. This includes design specifications, code documentation, deployment guides, and workflow/solution diagrams.
- Solution deployment across development, user acceptance, and production environments.
- Work in an Agile development environment.
- Liaise and communicate with end users, business analysts and vendors(s).
- Report to the Senior Systems Engineer, IT
Requirements
- BA/BS degree preferred
- Experience with SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online application implementation.
- Deep knowledge and interest in the Microsoft 365 platform - SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform.
- Experience with Azure, M365, and the Microsoft Graph API.
- Experience in .NET Development, C#, XML, HTML, Power Fx.
- Experience with front-end technologies – JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular/React.
- Experience with PowerShell
- Experience with Git or similar source code repository management tool.
- Ability to use APIs and connectors for integration with external systems.
- Experience with role-based security in Power Platform applications.
- Ability to perform requirements gathering, solution design, development, and deployment.
- Skilled in diagnosing and resolving performance and functionality issues in Power Platform and SharePoint solutions.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
