For one of our clients - a leading European coffee brand, known for innovation and a strong international presence, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the role - Merchandiser with English.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular store visits across assigned regions to verify compliance with commercial

agreements;

• Monitor product visibility, promotional materials, and in-store execution to ensure brand consistency;
• Collaborate with distribution partners during field visits to support retail standards in

independent outlets;

• Report operational insights and identify opportunities for improving in-store performance;
• Act as a liaison between the field and internal teams to support seamless implementation of

sales initiatives.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in field sales, retail operations, or trade execution;
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with a hands-on, proactive mindset;
• Comfortable working independently and ensuring adherence to commercial terms;
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, as it's the primary communication language;
• Proficient in basic Excel functions; ability to complete a practical assessment as part of the hiring process.
