Our client is a fast-growing international diagnostics organization partnering with some of the most respected global brands in the industry. As part of the company’s expansion on the Bulgarian market, we are looking for an ambitious and motivated Medical Representative - Laboratory & Point-of-Care to join their team.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to drive business growth, work with cutting-edge technologies, and build strong relationships in the medical and laboratory sector. You will play a key role in expanding the company’s presence across Bulgaria. You will work with innovative diagnostic solutions from world-leading manufacturers such as Hologic, Horiba, Siemens, and Copan.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys meeting clients, identifying new opportunities, and developing long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales activities across Bulgaria with a strong focus on new business development
  • Build lasting relationships with private and hospital-based laboratories, medical centers, and diagnostic facilities
  • Promote and position Laboratory and Point-of-Care solutions to decision-makers and medical professionals
  • Monitor the market for new opportunities, including potential tenders and emerging client needs
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and follow-up meetings
  • Maintain accurate client information in the company’s CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Product Management, Service Engineering, and Applications Specialists
  • Participate in relevant trainings, workshops, and partner events
  • Ensure a high level of professionalism, client satisfaction, and ethical conduct in all sales activities
Your Background:
  • 1–4 years of experience in sales within healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory technologies, medical devices, or a related field
  • Relevant education
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and drive results in a competitive market
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand technical product details
  • Fluency in English
  • Valid driving license
