For one of our clients – customer experienced technology company providing outsourced sales, support, and business process solutions to large corporations, we are looking for – Medical Equipment Service Specialist with Polish and English (Remote).

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers regarding medical devices and services;
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance;
• Address customer inquiries and escalate complex cases when necessary;
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system;
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution;
• Deliver high-quality customer support tailored to the Polish market.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Polish and very good English skills;
• Previous experience in customer support or a call center role is a plus;
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to handle technical inquiries and provide clear guidance;
• Knowledge of medical devices or healthcare technologies is an advantage;
• Proficiency in using customer support systems and Microsoft Office tools.
