Media Translation Project Coordinator
(Commercial & Project-Focused Role)

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Media Translation Project Coordinator who combines commercial thinking with strong project coordination skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced, international media environment.
? About the role
This role sits at the intersection of sales support, vendor management, and project delivery. You will be responsible for managing incoming quote requests, preparing competitive offers, negotiating costs with localization vendors, and coordinating multilingual projects from order to delivery.
You will work closely with:
International dubbing and subtitling studios Internal production, finance, and QA teams Prospects and existing clients
This is a hands-on, responsibility-heavy role with real ownership over budgets, timelines, and partner relationships.
? Key responsibilities
Commercial & coordination responsibilities
Handle incoming client quote requests for dubbing, subtitling, and related services Prepare accurate and competitive project quotes based on scope, languages, deadlines, and specifications Negotiate pricing and terms with external studios and freelancers to secure optimal margins Coordinate project confirmation, contracting, and kickoff
Project & vendor management
Plan, organize, and oversee multilingual localization projects from order to final delivery Manage vendors’ schedules, deliveries, and budgets Ensure all files meet technical specifications, quality standards, and deadlines Act as the main point of contact for vendors during production Identify risks, delays, or quality issues early and resolve them proactively
Partner & relationship development
Research, evaluate, and onboard new studio partners when needed Build long-term, trust-based relationships with existing vendors Support continuous improvement in pricing, workflows, and collaboration
? What we’re looking for
Must-have
Experience in project coordination, account coordination, vendor management, or operations Strong organizational and multitasking skills Confidence working with budgets, pricing, and negotiations Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice-to-have (but not required)
Experience in localization, media, post-production, or language services Background in sales support, account management, or procurement Additional language skills
