Main Responsibilities:
Control and coordination of the production assembly of mounting elements, apparatus, and components. Analyzing and solving technical problems during assembly, as well as taking measures to prevent repeated errors. Designing and developing devices and tools to facilitate assembly processes. Providing technical expertise to optimize production performance. Investigating and resolving errors and issues related to the production process and customers, and implementing necessary corrective actions. Collaborating with colleagues from Turkey and Germany on more serious technical issues.
