Mechanical Design Engineer – Bakery Equipment, Machinery and Production Lines

Due to the expansion of our Design Shared Service, FRITSCH team, we are looking for:

Mechanical Design Engineer – Bakery Equipment, Machinery, and Production Lines

Your Tasks:

• Develop CAD data — 3D models, drawings, and Bills of Materials — for parts and assemblies in compliance with company standards.
• Create, modify, update, and maintain the machinery documentation in the company’s PDM system.
• Create new or adapt the design of existing machinery to meet the customer’s specific requirements.

Perform analysis of complex equipment designs and recommend improvements.

• Ensure equipment compliance with company and governmental requirements for food industry equipment.
• Close cooperation and support to R&D and other departments at the company headquarters in the development of new products.
• Provide support for the manufacturing, assembly, testing, and commissioning of new machinery.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in mechanical design.
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken (German will be considered an advantage).
• Experience using 3D CAD software SolidWorks (SolidWorks Certification will be considered an advantage, PTC Creo will be considered an advantage).
• Knowledge and experience with ISO-GPS.
• Еxperience with SAP is considered an advantage.
