Marketing Specialist - Social Media & PR

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture relationships with media outlets, influencers, stakeholders, and online communities.
• Collaborate with a proven PR agency on projects centered around impactful social causes.
• Create compelling press releases, articles, social media content, and marketing materials.
• Monitor and manage media coverage, online presence, and social media channels proactively.
• Organize and oversee events, press conferences, promotional activities, and social media ad campaigns.
• Design visually appealing content using design tools like Canva or similar software.
• Analyze the success of PR and social media campaigns, adjusting strategies to optimize performance in alignment with the Marketing Manager.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align PR and social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficient in social media marketing strategies.
• Understanding of graphic design principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and MS Office Suite.
• Solid command of the English language.
