Zlatna Panega Cement AD, a subsidiary of TITAN Group and a leading producer of building materials in Bulgaria, is currently searching for a highly motivated professional to join our team in Marketing and fulfil the role of: Marketing Specialist
About the Role: We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Marketing Specialist to join our newly established Marketing function in Bulgaria. This is a generalist, execution-focused role that combines market insights, commercial enablement, product launch support, and marketing communications. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Sales, you will help execute the annual marketing plan, support new product launches, prepare trade materials, and coordinate campaigns, trainings, and events. You will also play an important role in collecting market insights, conducting competitor analysis, and preparing reports to support data-driven decisions. This role is ideal for an early-career marketer who enjoys organizing, coordinating, analysing data, and making sure plans are delivered with quality and on time. You will collaborate closely with Sales, R&D, Production, and external partners, always with a clear focus on supporting business growth in Bulgaria.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the Development and Execution of the Marketing Plan
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to support the creation and execution of the annual marketing plan for Bulgaria.
- Contribute to building and implementing the annual marketing plan for Bulgaria.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities, ensuring progress, alignment, and timely execution.
- Prepare analyses, insights, and recommendations to support decision making.
- Collect and organize market, customer, and market players information from internal and external sources.
- Conduct ongoing field research with Sales teams to understand pricing dynamics, customer needs, and competitive activities.
- Prepare dashboards, summaries, and reports to support commercial strategy, product portfolio decisions, and opportunity assessments.
- Prepare and adapt sales tools (presentations, product sheets, case studies, training materials) to support effective customer conversations.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, customer workshops, and seminars.
- Support Sales with targeted materials and insights for key customers, segments, and initiatives.
- Plan and implement local marketing activities such as trade fairs, customer events, promotional campaigns, etc.
- Manage logistics, materials, supplier coordination, and follow-up reporting.
- Assist with planning and executing new product introductions, including launch materials, customer KPIs, communication materials, and follow-up reporting.
- Collect feedback from Sales and customers to support continuous improvement.
- Develop, adapt, and localize presentations, brochures, case studies, and sales tools tailored for the Bulgarian market.
- Ensure materials meet brand standards and support growth strategies.
- Work with creative agencies, designers, printers, and other suppliers involved in marketing projects.
- Prepare clear briefs, request quotes, track timelines, manage approvals, and monitor deliverables.
- Handle operational tasks such as preparing purchase orders, monitoring budget-related documents, and planning logistics for events and campaigns.
- Ensure materials, samples, and tools are available and delivered on time.
- Prepare post-activity evaluation and ROI analyses, followed up with clear next steps.
- 1–3 years of marketing experience
- Experience in B2B, industrial, or building materials industries is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work with data, conduct analyses, and prepare structured reports.
- Creative mindset combined with structured, disciplined execution.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
- Good communication skills; ability to adapt content for different audiences.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with different stakeholders.
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with design tools is a plus.
