For one of our clients, international and reputable commercial company, we are looking for experienced, dynamic and analytical Marketing Manager to lead key initiatives in market research, branding, and competitive positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, brand awareness, and competitor activities.
- Create and maintain market monitoring tools to anticipate market evolutions.
- Initiate and manage surveys to assess customer requirements and engagement.
- Centralize product launch strategies in collaboration with the CEE regional marketing team.
- Contribute to marketing materials such as brochures, press releases, website content, and more.
- Track campaign performance using various metrics and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with managers to develop budgets and monitor expenses.
- Deliver presentations, work with spreadsheets, and participate in meetings.
- Present at public events, introduce new product roadmaps at distribution meetings, and engage with key partners.
- Navigate internal resources to validate customer demographics and product mix for accurate pricing quotes.
- Coordinate Price Committee meetings and maintain an agenda for pricing integrity and strategic discussions.
- Analyze pricing requests, facilitate approval processes, and maintain detailed reports on pricing strategies.
- Regularly report on trade and market dynamics, including tender document analysis.
- Ensure proper documentation of pricing approvals for accurate contract execution.
- Centralize Long-Range Planning (LRP) information and participate in budget presentations.
- Actively contribute to CAP & pre-budget sessions.
- Lead a communications team.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Experience in marketing, pricing strategies, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.
- Budget planning and financial management proficiency.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of marketing strategy development and campaign management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing analysis tools.
