Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead and grow a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
• Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns (brand positioning, PPC, SEO, marketing automation, etc.) to expand the client base and drive sales.
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients and build long-term partnerships.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance, track key success metrics, and continuously optimize strategies for improved results.

The Profile

• 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on B2B, and at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in tools such as HubSpot, Airtable, Slack, ClickUp, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams effectively.
• A proactive, strategic mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in events or awards is a plus but not required.
