We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Marketing Automation Specialist to support our marketing operations across social media management, internal requests, and preparation of marketing and communtication materials. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, balancing creative tasks with strong attention to detail and coordination.

What you’ll do:

  • Build automated communication flows that improve engagement, retention, and upsell.
  • Lead the creation of automated workflows, segments, and communication processes in Dynamics 365 Marketing as part of the CRM setup phase.
  • Map customer journeys end-to-end and support the integration of marketing processes into the new CRM.
  • Design, launch, and optimize automated journeys (email, push, future CRM channels)
  • Setup segmentation logic and ensure accurate targeting.
  • Plan, set up, and improve all automations to deliver measurable results.
  • Monitor performance, identify gaps, and enhance automation flows.
  • Work closely with Sales and Account Managers to understand real customer needs, objections, usage behavior, and lifecycle challenges.
  • Translate insights from Sales/AM into communication and automation opportunities (activation flows, reactivation, renewals, offers, customer health signals).
  • Collaborate with Brand & Content for copy, visuals, and aligned communication.
  • Partner with BI to ensure accurate segmentation and event triggers.
  • Coordinate with CRM implementation partners to ensure flows are technically correct and stable.
  • Own the full automation workflow: planning → setup → testing → monitoring → optimization.
  • Create detailed QA processes to ensure correct segmentation, personalization, and delivery.
  • Produce dashboards and reports to identify gaps, drop-off points, and improvement areas.
  • Maintain a “live map” of all customer journeys and communication flows.


Who we’re looking for:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (Dynamics 365 Marketing strongly preferred).
  • Hands-on mindset with ability to build, test, and optimize automations end-to-end.
  • Understanding of segmentation, data flows, customer journeys and CRM logic.
  • Excellent collaboration skills - demonstrated team mindset with readiness to step in and support colleagues on operational tasks whenever needed to ensure smooth execution
  • Strong analytical skills
