In connection with the expansion of our team, we are looking for a motivated and responsible person for the position: "Manager International Online platforms – B2B and Marketplace”
Today we are working and developing in several directions:
- Online sales in through our own marketplace covering the Balkans and EU
- Partnerships with different Suppliers and Marketplaces in BG, Balkan countries and EU
- Brand owner and Official representative for Bulgaria and EU on global brands as Sapir, Zaphyr, Adler, Haus Roland, Tecno-Tel, Camry and others.
- Grow the international business through managing portfolio, pricing, ads and promotions;
- Analyzing and monitoring the performance of assigned channels as to define the gaps and optimizing the operations;
- Active in identifying and negotiations with new potential partners in different countries to grow the assortment and improve the sales and the efficiency;
- Be the expert knowledge, fully responsible for the business development;
- Maintain business communications with the partners and the customers
- Monitor competitors, analyze market situation and define actions;
- Report results, prepare and implement business plans;
- Experience in Marketplace sales is a must (including own marketplace and external as Emag or Skroutz);
- Strong interest in technology & digital marketing;
- Strong relationship management & effective time management skills;
- Accountability, able to own responsibilities & produce desired outcomes. Can work autonomously but still remain in sync with other departments;
- Able to leverage data to make important decisions that will drive sales margins;
- Ambitious and self-motivated
- Ready to learn actively and adapt
