HIGHLIGHTS OF THE POSITION

·Exploring new possibilities for developing card business.

·Interdisciplinary approach involving knowledge in finance, economics, sales, marketing as well as great social skills.

·Initiation and participation in major projects for new products, services and process optimization.

YOUR ROLE:

• Development and positioning of new products and services
• Preparation and execution of various campaigns for new and existing credit and debit cards
• Monitoring products and campaigns performance
• Development of pricing policy for cards
• Participating in various projects, workshops and trainings, related to bank cards and payments
• Development of procedures and manuals
• Preparation and execution of trainings of employees from the sales channels
• Close cooperation with other units in the bank - Marketing, IT, Project management office, Legal department, Finance, Operations
• Updating all of the product information in all communication channels
• Responsible for the income from card business as part of card business unit
• Conducting market researches

The position is not responsible for subordinate employees and is directly subordinate to Team Lead Card Payments and Innovations.

• Preferably Bachelor‘s or Master’s degree in economics, finance or similar discipline
