For our DWH and Analytics Department we are currently looking for a motivated

Machine Learning Engineer

The main responsibilities for the position are:

• Develop machine learning models (both supervised and unsupervised) for risk management (application, behavioral, transactional scoring models, parametric – PD, LGD, EAD) as well as for business purposes (propensity-to-buy, churn, clients’ segmentation);
• Support the ongoing monitoring and annual validation of Bank`s internal models;
• Define indicators, track the quality of model inputs and outputs as well as automate the scoring process;
• Address identified model weaknesses or deficiencies by undertaking timely corrective actions such as re-calibration and model fine-tuning;
• Create algorithms for data flows optimization and automate data flows using T-SQL and algorithms based on python as a generic programming language;
• Provide end users with data visualization dashboards using Power BI.

Our requirements:

• Master University degree in the field of Economics, Finance or Econometrics/ Statistics;
• 1+ year of experience in the field of credit risk scoring solutions development or validation, big data modelling and machine learning, Years of experience and qualification will be reflected in the seniority of the expert position;
• Advanced usage of statistical software such as SAS, R or python will be treated as a strong advantage for the role;
• Result orientation and time management skills;
• Fluency in English language.
