As we expand our Dispatch team, we’re looking for a dedicated Team Leader to drive performance, support growth, and guide its team to success!
Your responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team to meet performance targets (quality, productivity, customer satisfaction).
- Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to schedules, SLAs, and processes.
- Provide coaching and feedback to drive individual and team performance.
- Handle escalations and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure process compliance and high-quality service delivery.
- Report on performance metrics and share updates with management and/or clients.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members.
- Manage workforce tasks, including schedule creation, shift planning, and administrative duties.
- Proven experience (at least 2 years) as a Team Lead/Team Manager/Supervisor or relevant, preferably in the BPO industry or in a logistic company.
- Fluency in English.
- Outstanding communication, people management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to engage with international clients.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including late/night shifts.
- A dynamic, flexible, results-oriented professional with a keen interest in technology.
- Familiarity with logistics processes such as shipping, warehousing, inventory management, and order processing would be considered as a plus.
