As we expand our Dispatch team, we’re looking for a dedicated Supervisor to drive performance, support growth, and guide the team to success!

IMPORTANT: The role requires completing a 3-month initial training program in Varna, after which the permanent workplace will be based in Sofia.

What would you do in this role:

• Lead and support a team to meet performance targets (quality, productivity, customer satisfaction).
• Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to schedules, SLAs, and processes.
• Provide coaching and feedback to drive individual and team performance.
• Handle escalations and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure process compliance and high-quality service delivery.
• Report on performance metrics and share updates with management and/or clients.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Manage workforce tasks, including schedule creation, shift planning, and administrative duties.
• Occasional business trips to Varna will be required.

What skills are needed:

• Experience as a Team Lead/Team Manager/Supervisor or relevant, in a logistic company or similar, will be considered as a plus.
• Fluency in English.
• Outstanding communication, people management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to engage with international clients.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including late/night shifts
• A dynamic, flexible, results-oriented professional with a keen interest in technology.
• Familiarity with logistics processes such as shipping, warehousing, inventory management, and order processing would be considered as a plus.
