The Logistics Service Representative is a front-line support role responsible for delivering high-quality logistics and customer service support across multiple programs. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, clients and delivery partners. You will support day-to-day logistics operations, manage first-level escalations, coordinate deliveries with couriers, and ensure all interactions and transactions are accurately documented in internal systems.
Shift: 9:00 - 15:30 h

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound communications from customers, clients, Cisco Engineers, and delivery companies via various communication channels
- Serve as a front-line logistics support representative, providing first-level issue resolution and escalation when needed
- Advise and support customers, ensuring a positive service experience
- Coordinate deliveries with courier partners in accordance with contractual agreements and logistics processes
- Assess incoming requests to determine how best to assist or route them appropriately
- Accurately update and maintain program databases with all relevant customer and logistics information
- Handle challenging or unique customer situations in line with company policies and quality standards
- Identify, document, and escalate data, delivery, or program-related issues to the appropriate level of management
- Support quality assurance efforts and ensure compliance with program criteria and operational procedures
Shift: 9:00 - 15:30 h
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Fluency in English
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, front-line environment
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Ability to handle escalations calmly and effectively
- Strong coordination skills, especially when working with external delivery partners
- Familiarity with or an ability to understand and utilize a database and MS Office programs.
- Previous customer service experience will be an advantage
