Responsibilities:
- Arranging the stock pallets at the temporary projects warehouse;
- Searching local suppliers next to the project site;
- Accepting daily deliveries;
- Coordinating the unload process;
- Checking the documentation of the shipment that must confirm the unloaded goods;
- Checking the quality and quantity of the shipments;
- Upload the documentation;
- Check in/out good in the system;
- Daily communication with the rest of the team and with Procurement department;
- Demobilization process of goods, tools and machines after the end of the project. (packing, loading, coordinating the deliveries to next project or central warehouse);
- Controls inventory by physical counting and arranging supplies via Procurement department;
- Ensure site is ready for mobilization/ demobilization;
- Responsible for scheduling maintenance of on-site equipment and machinery;
- Coordinate pre-construction site access and site conditions/constructability reviews and reporting;
- Ensures required resources, supplies, subcontracts, and permits are in place to support mobilization;
- Follow safety and security procedures and determine appropriate action, report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly.
We are looking for someone who:
- willing to work on construction sites of solar power plants in Europe for long secondment periods of 4 months or more without interruption on a project basis;
- is ambitious and responsible;
- has an experience as Logistics manager, preferably on a solar PV project;
- has good written and verbal English language skills;
- has a professional attitude;
- wants to develop in the field of photovoltaic systems;
- is able to work independently and effectively;
- has valid driver's license.
