We are looking for a Logistics Analyst who will help us optimize our operations, improve efficiency, and scale our network through data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ad-hoc analysis of data about logistics & lockers network;
• Create and maintain reports on operational performance;
• Monitor key logistics KPIs (cost, efficiency, delivery time, SLA);
• Design efficient courier routes using route optimization toolkit;
• Help to improve quality of lockers network using customer behavior data;
• Identify opportunities for process improvements across logistics;
• Daily communication with various stakeholders, including COO and CEO;

Requirements:

• Expert knowledge of Excel;
• User knowledge of Power BI is a plus;
• Previous experience working with large data sets (millions of records);
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• Proactive mindset and focus on improvement;
• Good organizational and prioritization skills;
• Expert level of English (C2);
