For one of our clients – a worldwide pioneer in providing exceptional client interactions, enhancing lives with each engagement for the leading global brands, we are looking for – Lifestyle Brand Customer Support Advisor with Dutch.
Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to person for our customers, assisting them via email, chat, and phone;
- Help customers with questions before and after their purchases, making their experience smooth and enjoyable;
- Solve problems creatively and ensure every customer feels valued and heard;
- Keep track of customer interactions with accuracy and attention to detail in our support system;
- Follow best practices and company guidelines to deliver a consistent and outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Dutch (B2) and proficient in English (B1–B2);
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or lifestyle brands;
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, customer-focused approach;
- Confident managing customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone;
- Comfortable with basic computer tools and quick to learn new support systems.
