Legal Specialist

Key responsibilities:

• Review of agreements with clients and vendors and other legal documents
• Drafting and/оr updating the templates of the contracts (NDA, MoU, contractor agreements, etc.)
• Support preparation of applications and letters to public authorities, clients and vendors
• Communicating with senior legal advisor and operations managers on terms of the contracts directly and with other team members
• Oversee compliance with the applicable legislation in the conduct of the employer's business
• Provide legal support to the various internal departments
• Coordinates activities with external law firms
• Prepares reports, statements, etc., related to its activities
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Law and certificate for acquired legal capacity
• 3+ years of in-house counsel experience or equivalent law firm experience
• Experience with public procurements shall be considered a strong advantage
• Fluent English (legal language proficiency certificate will be considered as an advantage)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong drafting & negotiation skills, in both - Bulgarian and English language
• Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work proactively and autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity
